In Projects+, you can review and select from proposals. In Mediator and Studio plans, we assign the best-suited talent based on your needs.

We offer a quality guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right, including replacing the talent if necessary.

After choosing a plan, you’ll receive guidance from the Findie team to share your brief and start your project.

• Projects+: You manage the project directly with the freelancer.
• Mediator and Studio: A dedicated Creative Account Manager oversees your creative process and coordinates with the assigned team.

Your Creative Account Manager will coordinate the communication flow and keep you updated throughout the project.For Projects+, you'll coordinate directly with your assigned freelancer via the agreed channel.

Payments are processed through our platform. For Projects+, payments are milestone-based. For subscription plans, billing occurs monthly.

We accept Paypal and bank transfers (only for Chilean clients).

There’s no custom-signed contract. Each project or plan includes clear terms and deliverables directly within the platform. You’ll soon be able to download a PDF copy for your records.
