Findie SpA is a joint-stock company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Chile, tax ID No. 77.311.341-6 ("Findie" or the "Company"). Our mission is to promote Latin American creative talent by connecting it with global opportunities through our Site.
These Terms govern the general use of the Site, as well as certain applications, functionalities, and additional services that may be offered in the future. In some cases, specific rules may apply to complement or elaborate on the provisions herein.
To use Findie, you must be at least 18 years old and accept these Terms. Anyone browsing the Site is considered a User, but registration or use of services constitutes explicit and binding acceptance of these Terms.
Findie commits to providing services to registered users in accordance with these Terms. Use of the Site and any interaction, contract, or transaction conducted through it will be governed by the laws of Chile, particularly Law No. 19.496 on Consumer Protection and the Electronic Commerce Regulation.
Individuals or legal entities of legal age with the capacity to enter into contracts. Users complying with applicable laws and not subject to any restrictions.
Individuals previously suspended or blocked for violating these Terms. Individuals legally restricted from using such services.
Users can access the Site and mobile apps at no cost to browse, explore, compare, and contract available services.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Data will be handled in accordance with our Data Protection Policy. Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and not sharing accounts, except where explicitly allowed. Account ownership is determined by registration data; users must keep their info updated.
Users retain ownership of their submitted data and content. They are responsible for its accuracy and legality. Permissions: By using Findie, users grant us the right to use this data to: Improve the Site and user experience. Generate statistics and personalized suggestions. Conduct market analysis and send relevant commercial content. To modify or delete data, users may contact: legal@findie.global.
