How do I know if my portfolio needs an overhaul?
  • If you are not getting the opportunities you expect, feel that your portfolio does not reflect your level well, or simply want to optimize its impact, a review can help you identify key improvements.
What kind of creatives can access this service?
  • The service is designed for graphic designers, illustrators, motion designers, digital creatives and any professional who presents their work through a portfolio.
How does the review process work?
  • When you purchase a review, you will be directed to Calendly to schedule your evaluation. Then, you will make the payment through PayPal and you will access a form in Tally to upload your portfolio and/or CV. Our team will review your material and send you the report with detailed feedback. In the case of the Mentor plan, we will also schedule your 1:1 session with an expert.
What kind of feedback will I receive for each service?
  • Express Review: Overall rating with strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Pro Review: Detailed analysis per page, strategic comments and actionable recommendations.
  • Mentor Review: All of the above + 1:1 live session to resolve doubts and adjust your strategy.
What format should my portfolio be in for review?
  • We accept portfolios on websites, PDFs or specialized platforms such as Behance or Dribbble.
Can I send a website instead of a PDF?
  • Yes, we accept websites as portfolios. However, the review will focus on a maximum of 10 to 15 projects (depending on the chosen plan), evaluating their presentation, impact and structure.
What happens if my portfolio has more pages than allowed in my plan?
  • You can narrow down the selection to the most relevant pages or choose a higher plan. If you need to review more pages than allowed, ask us for customized options.
How is the 1:1 session conducted in the Mentor Review?
  • A video call is scheduled with a Findie expert or a creative with experience in your area. In this session you will receive in-depth analysis, recommendations and be able to ask questions live.
How long does it take to receive feedback?
  • Express Review: 5 business days.
  • Pro Review: 7 business days.
  • Mentor Review: 7 business days + live session scheduled upon availability.
Can I make adjustments and resubmit my portfolio for a second review?
  • Yes, you can request a second revision with a special discount after applying the recommended changes.
Will they help me improve my CV as well?
  • Yes, the Pro Review and Mentor Review options include optional review of the CV to ensure it is aligned with your portfolio.
If I purchase a review, do I automatically become a freelancer with Findie?
  • No. The portfolio review is an independent service and does not guarantee access to the platform as a freelancer. However, you will receive recommendations to improve your portfolio and increase your opportunities.
  • If you want to apply as a freelancer at Findie, you can do it through our selection process at Findie.global.
