What payment methods do you accept?

For the moment Paypal and bank transfer.

How do I know that the payment is secure?

Findie works with the system of bank transfers or secure payment platforms so there is no way there will be a theft.

What currencies can I pay with?

We work with Chilean pesos (CLP) or US dollars (USD).

How does the payment process work?

Create a project.

2. When you choose the professional and approve your Work Plan, you will have to pay the initial refundable deposit, this is the first payment.

3. The freelancer will notify Findie when they have completed the service and have the deliverables ready to ship. At this time you will need to deposit the remaining amount. Once payment is received for the entire service, the freelancer will deliver the final deliverables.

The client will be responsible for the corresponding taxes of the professional's service. Clients paying by credit card, debit card, or payment platform will be charged a 3.49% surcharge (payment processing fee). Payments made by bank transfer have no surcharge.

Why do we ask for an initial refundable deposit?

We request it in order to ensure that the client is committed to the development of the project. The deposit is kept safely (escrow) until the end of the service, at which time they will have to make the last payment with the remaining amount. This must be done by all our clients.

What does Rebooking mean?

When you want to work again with a freelancer with whom you have already contracted previously, this concept of charging for our service will be applied, which is less than a normal search/single project.

What does Regular Basis mean?

We call a recurring project a project whose frequency is not "one-time". The project will always be the same, what will be generated every certain time depending on the frequency, are the recurring tasks associated with it. It is special for projects such as content for social networks, graphics for networks, product packages or maintenance.

What does Single Project mean?

Refers to a "One-time" project.

What is charged?

At Findie we charge a flat-rate for each successful connection/search. The cost varies if it is a one-time project, if it is a rebooking of a freelancer you have already worked with, or if it is a monthly project/service. All projects are subject to a 5% service fee for use of the platform.

Can I hire the professional on a full-time basis?

No, at Findie we promote freelance work. You can hire our freelancers for longer periods or for recurring projects.

Do you offer additional services?

Yes, in each project when choosing a candidate you will be able to add extra services such as:

- Pro services: 3 UF / 100 USD. Direct line to Findie, priority assistance via WhatsApp / Zoom.

- NDA (confidentiality agreement): 5 UF / 200 USD. NDA consists of the drafting of a contract with special conditions.

- Proofreading support: 10 UF / 500 USD. The revision accompaniment consists of Findie designating an expert who will review the material prepared by the freelancer and will make sure that the deliveries arrive with the pertinent adjustments to the client. It is a filter for deliveries.

- PDF agreement copy: 0.5 UF / 15 USD downloadable copy of the Work Plan and project details.

Can I change freelancer?

In case you are not satisfied with the work of your freelancer, you will have a period of 5 working days (from the beginning of the service) to notify us. Findie will evaluate if the reasons are justified, and according to that:

- You will be refunded 75% of the deposit as you will have to pay for the hours actually worked by the freelancer.

- It will grant a new search with the previous benefits, this time free of charge.

- For each project, Findie will accept one (1) freelancer substitution.

What if the search does not work?

We only charge for successful searches/connections. That means that if you regret it Findie will not charge you anything.

Is it possible to work with more than one professional?

It is possible. In Findie you will find the necessary tools so that you can carry out a complete creative project with a team of professionals.

What is a brief?

The brief is the master document that gives the guidelines of the project, therefore it is the most important. It provides the context of the assignment, its description, tasks and/or expected results, specific skills, project details, your team or company, who it is aimed at, and the time frame. A complete brief increases the chances that your project will be carried out successfully.
